Wow, I can’t believe the year is almost over! I’ve still got tons of things I want to check off my to-do list, and I’m feeling like the year is just running away from me. I know I’m not alone in this, but there’s only one way to GET. THIS. DONE., and that’s by pushing through to the finish line! #Boomsies!😂👊
That’s right, I’m aiming to end the year with a bang and not on a whimper; a.k.a regrets, woulda shoulda coulda, etc. You get where I’m going here, right?🤓 If you have made the ddecison, got the plan, and you’re taking the action that’s necessary for you to meet your Objectives? Then yes, YOU will end YOUR year on a bang and not, a whimper! #BOOMSHAKALAKA 👊💪 Seriously, I know the struggle is real! Trying to lose the weight that just seems to want to hang around (as much as you’d rather see it go, hahaha), the unhealthy relationship with food, a skewed self-image; you name it, I’ve seen it all. The reality of it all is, you must commit to a healthy lifestyle or you’re fooling yourself.
The upside to all of this? This #FitnessJourney? you feel better, you look better, you are better!
